About Us

Our common denominator is professional mental health practice. Our unique skill sets blend to foster greater mind-body integration and wellness.

Stacey Leakey PhD, IMH-E® and Lynda Jacobs, LPC have been working in the fields of mental health, empathic strain, personal & professional development, and trauma responsive approaches for a combined period of 50 years.  They designed Resources for the Long Haul™ to offer evidence-informed strategies to professional helpers - giving them a chance to find what works for them in a community of support. Core approaches include but are not limited to mindfulness/meditation, somatic work, reflective practice, artistic exploration, family constellation, and movement.

In between small group sessions, participants are invited to engage in personal prescriptions (prompts/personal offerings) created by Lynda & Stacey after each session to tap into a deeper understanding of themselves and their needs.  By the end of the experience, each person will have curated their own resource map for care of self.
