We created Resources for the Long Haul™ to offer helpers a menu of evidence-informed strategies so they can experiment and actually practice them in an environment of support.

We spend most of our time in our minds, rather than present in our bodies. Our world pulls us in this way, until eventually our body has to send us signals of extreme overload to get our attention. In fact, our mind and body can be lovely copilots for our professional and personal work. They need each other.
